What do I have to do, to find the purpose that God has for me?

I've been Listening Pastor Tony Rivera preaching God's word and many times I've heard him talk about Purpose and how God wants work in our lives, but the word "Purpose" got stuck in my head. My question is:

How do I get there? Is it hard? How can I find Purpose in my life? what do I have to do in order to have Purpose?

We find purpose when we find ourselves in Christ

I think you can start finding purpose when you really start looking at the things that genuinely "fill" you as a person. What are the activities in life that make you happy? What are the things that make you feel successful and bring a smile to your face when you do them? What are the skills/talents that God has blessed you with that you truly enjoy doing? It's about looking into your heart and knowing what really brings you happiness. I believe I'm starting to find what that it is. Simply stated for me...it's the things that I'm involved in that challenge me and help me grow as individual. However, at the same time, I know I would be heartbroken if I could never be involved in those kind of activities again.

I believe that there is no "formula" or "recipe" to reach your goal in having a purpose-filled life. Your purpose is different from my purpose and even the next persons purpose. Because God created you speacial and different from every other person in this world. When He made you He purposly made you different than every other human being He had ever created before. However if their would be some type of stradegy in finding your purpose, I believe that first you should make sure you know Jesus' purpose. (John 3:16) Eternal life in heaven. Once you can receive Jesus in your heart you are ready to be free and through intamacy and relationship with God you will find your purpose! Halleluja! Is it hard? Well, I can tell you this, it's only as hard as you allow it to be. Apply this...
Romans 10:4
4 For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God. (NLT)
...once you understand that Christ has already won the battle for you, you will see that your faith will take you everywhere!

So you see my darling sibling, the who's what's where's and why's of finding your purpose basically revolves around how bad you want to have it, use it and reach it! Listen for God's voice, surround yourself with those who you know that have the same desires to find purpose or those who you know that have already found it. As for me I can tell you everyday I find new purpose in life. God is an awsome God and as He changes us from the inside out He changes our purpose. Ultimately every believer is commanded to love one another and to spread the Gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, it's awsome to see someone give their life over to God and turn away from a sinful life. In case you would like to do this for the first time or maybe you would like to reconcile with God just pray this quick prayer and go from there...

Heavenly Father, forgive me for my sins. I confess that Jesus is the son of God, that He died on the cross thinking of my freedom and that God rose Him from the dead on the 3rd day. Through the blood of Jesus I am justified and in the eyes of God I am now just-as-if-i've- never sinned. Jesus come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior, in Jesus' name, AMEN!

Congratulations! Welcome to or back to our family. Now just keep up the prayers and God will reveal to you purpose among many other things for the word of God says...
Psalm 37:4
4 Delight yourself in the LORD,
and he will give you the desires of your heart. (ESV)
...He knows your heart! After all He created it!

God Bless You and may your journey with God be as fullfilling as mine if not MORE!
